Delete your Longevity account

Delete it in the app

The app deletes your account itself. No email is needed.

1. Open Longevity and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Data.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your login (email address and sign-in credentials)
• Everything synced to your account: profile, logged days, biomarkers, nutrition entries, plans, Coach messages and saved notes
• The encrypted copy held on the device you delete from
• Any web subscription, which is canceled

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first from Settings if you want a copy. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be canceled in that store. Provider backups expire under the provider's normal retention process and are not used to restore a deleted account. See the privacy policy for retention details.

Cannot open the app?

Email support@beyondvolatility.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete the account.

Data kept only on a device, such as lab values, is removed by Settings, then Data, then Start over, or by uninstalling the app.
